Whismur is a really annoying Normal-type Pokemon introduced in Generation 3. Why? The reason why it's annoying is because it screams so loud whenever someone approaches it, it nearly makes them go deaf. The only Pokemon Trainers who own them are deaf people or people who bother wearing ear plugs. It is too much to handle in battle, as it screams so much that the other trainer and their Pokemon usually run away at unindentified speeds so they won't go insane from the noise. Its name is a mixture of "Murmur" and "Whisper" but no one cares.
