Spongebob Squarepants is the poor slave of the evil Mr. Krabs. He is in charge of making Krabby Patties. He lives in a river next to the Pokemon League.

The species of Spongebob is under debate. Spongebob is very ugly, so it is likely he's a new kind of Pokemon. He claims he's a person with feelings, but the whipping continues. Also, his IQ is large enough for him to say more than his name, so that's also a factor taken into consideration.
