Baby Pokemon are Pokemon that are little and usually babyish. They are usually "cuter" than most Pokemon, which is for a good reason. They usually have very weak moves, except for Cute Face. They also need to be taken care of until they evolve, so it's lucky that they usually evolve into good Pokemon.
